Evil Never Sleeps this Saturday (28th March) at Percy’s Cafe Bar at the Star Hotel, Whitchurch. This is a free entry show with a guest band, food and there’s a charity prize raffle to raise funds for Manchester and Cheshire dogs home. Founded in 2011 by Andy Smith, a few line-up changes along the way see the three piece line up they have today. A friend of mine introduced me to these guys when he sent me the track Bones and asked if I’d be interested in reviewing the debut album. I was instantly hooked by Bones, starting with one, two, three, four taps of the drumsticks then straight into some catchy riffs and a great rhythm, which made me want to get up and dance round the living room! It’s got a really feel good vibe and a big band sound to belie the three musicians.
